30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original, unused condition
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at support@culinarynest.store with your order number
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
3. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
